Responsibilities:
- Setting up email, SMS, and push campaigns;
- Segmentation of the contact base, filtering addresses by relevance and activity, searching for news hooks, preparing subject lines for mailings, interaction with other specialists;
- Setting up automatic communication chains;
- Launching A/B tests;
- Continuous analysis of efficiency.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of web design and layout. Knowledge of HTML and CSS tools;
- Knowledge of CRM/CDP systems. Knowledge of Mindbox is an advantage;
- Working with email marketing services, for example: Sendsay;
- Copywriting skills;
- Skills in working with Yandex.Metrica;
- Understanding the principles of building sales funnels, formulating USPs for a product, customer segmentation, and audience analysis;
- Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, cosmiceuticals, or telecom will be an advantage.
