WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Support the agency's client mailing services.
- Collect mailing metrics (Deliverability, Open Rate, CTR, CR, etc.).
- Configure and monitor the technical aspects (DNS, Spam Rate, delivery error analysis) and provide clients with initial recommendations for solving deliverability issues.
- Prepare and conduct reactivation campaigns (validation, segmentation, uploading and launching touchpoint chains).
- Collect auto-sequences (welcome series, trigger sends, abandoned series) from mailing systems.
- Set up simple pop-up forms on the website (design assembly, creation of targeting groups, website placement).
- Upload designed emails to mailing services and schedule email campaigns.
- Set up webinars for clients and the agency (preparing broadcast and replay rooms, linking address books, setting up email auto-sequences).
- Organize cold outreach campaigns (compiling and calculating a plan, configuring the mailing service, launching and further moderating the service's operation, collecting analytics, etc.).
- Set up simple (native) integrations and monitor their operation.
- Interact with related agency departments: assist in resolving technical issues and escalations.
WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:
- At least 1 year of experience in CRM or email marketing, or as a technical specialist in online schools.
- Knowledge of CRM marketing infrastructure – channels, tools, platforms, metrics. Practical experience with ESP/CDP systems.
- Basics of HTML, CSS, knowledge of email marketing layout specifics.
- Experience in launching campaigns and auto-funnels, conducting A/B tests, complex segmentation, building analytical reports.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (basic formulas).
- Experience with Google Analytics and/or Yandex.Metrica.
- Ability to prioritize, work in a multitasking mode, both independently and in a team.
- Responsibility for results and adherence to deadlines.
- Independence in decision-making and the ability to take responsibility.
- Proactiveness, desire to develop and learn new things.

- Remote work in comfortable conditions. Schedule: 8-hour workday, 5/2 (from 9:00 to 18:00 or from 10:00 to 19:00 MSK).
- Vacation – 24 days: can be divided into two parts. Provided after 6 months of work at the agency. Three days off per year.
