Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute email campaigns (news, updates, automation flows) for all product lines.
- Work with Mailchimp, Instantly, Zoho CRM, and other automation tools.
- Analyze metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions).
- Monitor deliverability and domain warm-up.
- Support webinar infrastructure (Zoom, Zoho Meeting) and integrate with CRM.
- Prepare reports and hypotheses for strategy optimization.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and industry best practices.
- Develop email strategies and test hypotheses.
- Segment target audiences in CRM and set up complex email sequences.
- Analyze statistics, identify trends, and generate data-based hypotheses.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in email marketing (preferably B2B/IT).
- Proficiency with Mailchimp, Instantly, Zoho CRM or equivalents (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).
- Strong understanding of metrics, lead generation funnels, and deliverability principles.
- Experience integrating CRM systems and webinar platforms.
- Basic HTML/CSS skills.
- English — B2+ (spoken and written).
- Plus: Mailchimp/Zoho certifications, experience with cold outreach.
