About the Company: MedicalCase is a company that trains practicing doctors and equips them with professional tools for their work.

We develop online courses on PRP plasmotherapy — a method of regeneration and rejuvenation based on the patient's own blood — and supply procedure kits (PRP Monocap, PLASMOACTIVE, PRP UNIQUE) to clinics and private medical offices across Russia. Over 10,000 doctors nationwide have already been trained and work with our products.

About the Position: We are building a CRM marketing system from scratch. The CRM marketer will be responsible for transforming the existing client base into a sustainable channel for retention and repeat sales — through automated funnels, segmented email campaigns, and messenger mailings.

This role has a real impact on revenue: we have the database, we have the segments, we have the products — we need a communication system that will work 24/7.

Responsibilities:

• Design and launch auto-funnels in Unisender.
• Set up trigger sequences: welcome series, cross-sell (course → PRP kit), reactivation of dormant contacts.
• Conduct regular manual email and Telegram mailings according to the content plan: webinar announcements, article publications, holiday greetings.
• Develop email template and promo material designs in Canva and Figma.
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for content generation and editing.
• Track and report on key metrics: OR, CTOR, deliverability, base growth, CPL, CRM channel revenue.

Candidate Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in CRM, email, or retention marketing.
• Practical experience with Unisender, DashaMail, Sendsay, or similar ESPs.
• Proven experience in building auto-funnels, not just manual mailings.
• Proficient in Canva and Figma for designing emails and promos.
• Understanding of UTM tagging and ESP analytics.
• Ability to write in a professional B2B tone: our audience is doctors with 10–20 years of experience who instantly detect "salesy" text.
• Independence in a fully remote setting without daily supervision.

Advantages:

• Experience in B2B, EdTech, medicine, or cosmetology.
• Setup of Telegram bots (Salebot, BotHelp, TextBack, or similar).
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for editing email templates.
• Experience with Bitrix24 or amoCRM
