Technical Marketing Specialist / CRM Assistant

We are looking for a Technical Marketing Specialist / CRM Assistant

Remote · Part-time · 30,000 ₽

We need a meticulous person to help with the technical side of marketing: mailings, bots, webinars, ad placements, CRM, and reporting.

• Workload: 2–3 hours per day maximum
• Calls: 1 time per month
• Payment: 30,000 ₽ initially, after 3 months we can discuss KPIs
• Start Date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities: — Launch WhatsApp mailings via WABA using the AmoCRM database; — Set up email mailings in Unisender; — Create simple bots in Telegram and MAX: booking, registration, checklist distribution, mini-questionnaires, application collection; — Assist with webinars: mailings, notifications, UTM tags, Tilda + AmoCRM integrations, webinar rooms; — Support ad placements in Telegram/VK: placements, approvals, documents, marking through OPR (Advertising Data Operator), statistics; — Maintain reports in Google Sheets.

Ideal candidate profile: — Confident in using technical services or quick to learn; — Attentive to detail; — Able to execute tasks according to technical specifications; — Meets deadlines; — Understands that "almost launched" ≠ "fully functional".

Experience with the following will be a plus: AmoCRM, WABA, Unisender, Tilda, Bizon, Telegram bots, MAX bots, OPR, Google Sheets.
