We are currently opening a CRM / Email Marketer position to develop our platform. We are looking for a talented specialist who will become an important part of our team.

What you will be doing:
- Develop and implement a CRM strategy: from tool selection and goal setting to in-depth analysis of results and identification of growth points.
- Manage all internal communications: from one-off mailings to complex trigger sequences.
- Conduct regular A/B tests of scenarios, approaches, and texts to improve results every time.
- In collaboration with the product and analytics teams, define business goals, build an analytics system for retention metrics, and turn data into concrete growth points.
- Interact with internal and external performers to implement communications.
- Systematically work on improving key performance indicators (Activation rate, LT/LTV, ARPU/ARPPU, Churn rate, etc.).
We expect from you:
- English at least B2 level — all external communications and marketing are in English.
- At least 2 years of experience as a CRM marketer in SaaS — you have already gone through this path and know how retention metrics work.
- Ability to segment users and build a communication strategy for each segment.
- Experience with communication tools, understanding of channel principles (email, product notifications, chat bots, etc.).
- Experience in building and optimizing an omnichannel communication system.
- Ability to work with analytical tools, collect data from various sources, and draw comprehensive conclusions for the development of the CRM strategy.
- Ability to write concise and clear texts for communications.
- Systemic thinking, independence, responsibility for results, not for the process.
Will be an advantage:
- Experience in adtech/affiliate/performance marketing.
- Experience of sole responsibility for the CRM direction.
- Experience working in international markets.
