For our partners, we are currently looking for a strong CRM Marketer for an iGaming project 🚀

This is a new role in the team — the specialist will be building the CRM direction and developing retention marketing.

Tasks

• Development of CRM strategy and retention marketing
• Setting up and launching CRM campaigns (email, push, SMS, in-app)
• User segmentation and player lifecycle management
• Building trigger and promo campaigns
• Analysis of CRM activity effectiveness (retention, LTV, churn, ARPU)
• Interaction with marketing, product, and analytics teams

Mandatory Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a CRM Marketer in iGaming
• Understanding of the iGaming market specifics and player behavior
• Experience with the gr8tech platform
• Experience in audience segmentation and building CRM funnels

Will be a plus

• Experience with GEO Asia or LATAM
• Experience with international iGaming projects
