For our partners, we are currently looking for a strong CRM Marketer for an iGaming project 🚀
This is a new role in the team — the specialist will be building the CRM direction and developing retention marketing.
Tasks
- Development of CRM strategy and retention marketing
- Setting up and launching CRM campaigns (email, push, SMS, in-app)
- User segmentation and player lifecycle management
- Building trigger and promo campaigns
- Analysis of CRM activity effectiveness (retention, LTV, churn, ARPU)
- Interaction with marketing, product, and analytics teams
Mandatory Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a CRM Marketer in iGaming
- Understanding of the iGaming market specifics and player behavior
- Experience with the gr8tech platform
- Experience in audience segmentation and building CRM funnels
Will be a plus
- Experience with GEO Asia or LATAM
- Experience with international iGaming projects
