The role is focused on practical work with funnels, retention, and LTV through hypotheses, tests, and CRM communications, with a focus on systematically improving key metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Improve user funnels and lifecycle metrics (FTD > repeat > retention) through product and CRM hypotheses
- Work with retention (D1 / D3 / D7 / D30), LTV, and cohort ROI, and based on them, propose and launch improvements
- Formulate, prioritize, and test product and communication hypotheses
- Launch and optimize CRM communications (email, push, SMS, messengers)
- Regularly test and optimize texts, offers, timings, scenarios, and channels
- Evaluate test results and the impact of changes on key metrics in collaboration with analytics
Required skills, technologies, and tools:
- Practical experience in CRM and lifecycle marketing in iGaming
- Understanding of product metrics: activation, retention, conversion, LTV
- Experience with cohorts, ability to see the connection between traffic, user behavior, and revenue
- Readiness to combine analytics with practical implementation: launching sequences, tests, and iterations
- Basic understanding of performance channels and the impact of traffic quality on metrics
