UX Editor
We are looking for an editor to work on the logic and texts of interfaces within the T-Bank application.
Description
Editors at T-Bank are full participants in the process, not just someone to consult with or ask to check for typos. Together with designers, we are responsible for solving user problems.
You will closely collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers, refining interface scenarios and logic, writing texts, assisting with forms, errors, and everything else the product needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop feature logic in collaboration with designers and product managers
- Write UX texts: onboarding flows, headings, buttons, alerts, and other interface elements
- Communicate with the business, consider metrics and ecosystem benefits for the client
- Participate in research, test texts and design solutions overall
- Sync with other UX editors, participate in internal team activities
- Develop the culture of interface texts and a product-oriented approach within your team
Requirements
- You have at least 6 months of experience as a UX editor. Ideally, experience in fintech – this will help you get up to speed faster.
- You know how to establish a working process with designers and product managers.
- You are skilled in arguing for your decisions and are willing to compromise.
- You always remember that text provides concrete benefits for the business and the client, which can certainly be expressed in numbers.
- You have visionary qualities. You see the loan application process not as a sequence of screens, but as a product within a larger ecosystem.
We Offer
- Work in the office or remotely – by agreement.
- "Upgrade" learning and development platform. Courses, training, webinars, and knowledge bases. Support from mentors and coaches, assistance in identifying growth areas and career development.
- Comprehensive health care program. We will issue a voluntary medical insurance policy with broad coverage and accident insurance. We will offer preferential insurance terms for your loved ones.
- A range of preferential tariffs for T-Bank products.
- Partial compensation for sports expenses.
- Well-being program that helps improve psychological and physical health, as well as address legal and financial issues.
- Three additional days of vacation per year.
- Competitive salary – we will discuss it during the interview.
