Middle UX Writer

We have over 13 million users on our platform, 4 types of classes, and 1500 employees. Based on the results of 2024 and 2025, we are the #1 company in the children's EdTech market by revenue. We are looking for a Middle UX Writer for the team responsible for the following products: Foxford.Teacher, Referral Program, and Ecosystem.
Product Role: here, you won't just be writing texts, but participating in all stages — from research and hypotheses to release. You will work with key post-purchase scenarios, improve student, parent, and teacher personal accounts, and make navigation clearer, and communication more transparent and useful.
Your Responsibilities
- Participate in the design of user scenarios: collaborate with designers and product managers to build logic from idea to final mock-up in Figma;
- Work on personal accounts for students in grades 7–11 and parents: improve main pages, document and payment management pages, and navigation;
- Develop the referral program: main page, invitation pages, banners;
- Improve teacher-student interaction scenarios and the teacher's personal account;
- Participate in research: listen to the user, understand how they perceive the product, and use this in your work;
- Analyze metrics and evaluate the results of your decisions;
- Participate in UX Writer team change projects and improve communication quality across the entire product.
What's Important to Us
- At least 1.5 years of experience as a UX Writer;
- Understanding of the product process, metrics, and the role of text in user experience and conversion;
- Proficient in Figma: we edit text directly in the mock-up;
- Ability to proofread text by any means: we work without the help of a proofreader;
- Ability to argue decisions and clearly justify the chosen approach through data and logic;
- Curiosity and interest in the best UX practices on the market;
- Independence, ability to build comfortable interactions with colleagues for everyone, and propose solutions in conditions of uncertainty;
- Experience in EdTech or B2C services will be a plus.
