We are looking for a strong interface editor for Tochka Bank. We are a fintech company, creating an online bank and other services for entrepreneurs and businesses.
We have a cozy community of UX writers, a clearly defined ToV, guides, and libraries that form an almost ready-made content design system. Our writers work with design documents because they are deeply involved in product design and development. We expect you to advocate for the consistency of Tochka's language in interfaces and assist in service development.
About the Team
You will be working with the Online Accounting service for sole proprietors. The service helps entrepreneurs generate reports, calculate VAT on simplified tax systems, file declarations, account for income in rubles, foreign currency, and from marketplaces — in short, it handles all accounting issues for sole proprietors almost turnkey.
This is a large, complex, and significant product that requires a deep understanding of accounting and business processes. It will be interesting!
What You Will Do
- Write texts for the Online Accounting products: work with interfaces, mailings, and notifications.
- Find solutions together with product managers, designers, and UX researchers, getting involved in product development from the very beginning.
- Experiment with text to improve its metrics. For example, you will study mailing results, develop hypotheses, and test them in a new wave of communications.
- Propose and defend changes if there are disagreements within the team or if a proposed solution might negatively impact the customer experience.
- Ensure consistency of wording in similar products.
You Are a Good Fit If You
- Have at least two years of relevant experience in UX writing.
- Your grade is Middle+ or higher.
- Understand how a product is created, how product tasks are solved through text, and how to work with product owners and designers.
- Can edit text directly in Figma without breaking anything.
- Know how to adhere to the ToV in communications of various formats.
- Can plan your workload and manage this process within the team.
- Do what needs to be done without supervision or reminders.
- Easily find common ground with people and can talk about complex things simply.
It would be great if you have experience in accounting — this will be your advantage.
