Middle / Senior UX Writer
Job Description
We are looking for a UX Writer for the functional group of UX Writing for digital products. The main goal is to ensure consistency and compliance with guidelines for text in MTS digital products. To achieve this, the UX Writer will participate in synchronization and review of the functional team of 60+ writers, as well as track all major formats before they go live.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular control of text communications for digital products, present results to teams, assist with backlog construction and track corrections;
- Participate in adapting general ToV (Tone of Voice) rules to different products and communication channels, participate in the development of case libraries together with the teams;
- Conduct internal workshops and webinars to implement Redpolicy and ToV rules;
- Build interaction with other departments to synchronize editing approaches.
What We Expect
- At least 3 years of experience as a UX Writer in digital products;
- Portfolio with cases confirming the impact of editing on business;
- Experience in building editorial processes: at the level of a single editor or a team lead;
- Ability to analyze and structure information;
- Strong soft skills for interacting with editors, business, and various departments;
- Experience with public speaking within the company and at external events - will be a plus.
