🟢 An international investment company with over USD 2 billion in assets under management is launching a new fintech product for micro and small businesses, as well as self-employed individuals. The company has over 25 years of experience in business development, M&A, and building partnerships in complex and emerging markets. The product is being created from scratch in conjunction with the company's vice president and will become a separate strategic direction. This is an opportunity to join the product launch at an early stage and directly influence its strategy, architecture, and scaling.

Main Task: Launching a new fintech product for micro and small businesses, as well as self-employed individuals. Focus on product design from scratch, working with cross-functional teams (risk, data, dev, legal, ops), finding non-standard solutions, and adapting best practices from the international market to the Russian context.

Looking for a Product Lead

We expect from the candidate: ● 5+ years of experience in fintech or banking, preferably – launching credit or alternative products (POS/BNPL, factoring, microfinance); ● Experience in the SME/self-employed segment - a plus; ● Experience in building cross-functional interaction; ● Experience in developing products from scratch; ● Understanding of risk frameworks in lending - will be an advantage; ● Practice in product development management: task setting, prioritization, delivery; ● Understanding of unit economics principles; ● Ability to describe CJM and user stories; ● Ability to draft prototypes in Figma or other tools; ● Ability to independently design and analyze basic metrics; ● Ability to work with analytical data.
