Due to team expansion and project scaling, Centicore Group is looking for a Digital Product Lead for a mobile chat platform project in a bank.

Position: Digital Product Lead / Product Owner / Product Manager
Location: RF remote
Salary Range: 350,000- 390,000 rubles net
Citizenship: RF
Project: Major bank. The mobile chat platform is a chat between a Bank's client manager and a client.

Experience and domain expertise:
- 4-5+ years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in digital products;
- Practical experience in developing B2B/B2C products with a mobile application and web panel (preferably – messengers, chat platforms, SaaS services);
- Understanding of the market for chat platforms, messengers, conversational platforms, and key scenarios: client support, sales, notifications, marketing campaigns, automation through chatbots;
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders: business customer, support service, marketing, IT, sales, partners;
- Understanding of web/mobile product architecture: frontend, backend, API, integrations with CRM, call center, external messengers, payment services;
- Ability to formulate requirements in the format of user stories, scenarios, acceptance criteria, and maintain a live product backlog;
- Experience with product and product/marketing analytics systems, BI panels, chat and bot analytics;
- Skill in conducting CustDev, interviews, user behavior analysis, building CJM for chat scenarios and mobile applications;
- Understanding of basic UX/UI principles for mobile products: onboarding, navigation, notifications, permission management, settings;
- Practical experience in Agile (Scrum/Kanban), participation in sprint planning, demos, retrospectives.
- Ability to manage the backlog: prioritization by value (RICE, Kano, JTBD approach), balancing features, stability, and technical debt;
- Skill in working with product roadmaps, maintaining a release plan, and synchronizing with other teams/platforms.
