Product Manager (Telecom Services Development) at MTS
Remote vacancy.
MTS is looking for a Product Manager for the telecom services development department, who will be responsible for managing existing products and launching new ones.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the product lifecycle: from prioritization to metric monitoring and results presentation;
- Work with the development team and business stakeholders to agree on requirements, plan, and control quality;
- Analyze key metrics (ARPU, ARPPU, Retention, LTV, CAC, DAU/MAU) and their impact on the business;
- Create and document user stories, create prototypes, participate in grooming and demos;
- Communicate with the team and business, monitor deadlines and quality, track results.
Candidate Profile:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the telecommunications sector;
- Knowledge of product lifecycle, metrics, and unit economics;
- Experience with task prioritization (RICE, MoSCoW) and understanding of UX/UI (CJM, JTBD);
- Experience working with prototyping tools (Figma) and task trackers (Jira);
- Strong soft skills: communication, attention to detail, responsibility, and learnability.
