Product Owner (Tashkent city)
Paylater is a fintech service that allows customers to pay for goods or services in installments, both online and offline.
We are a microfinance organization founded in 2022, and we have already established ourselves in the market. We are committed to further growth and development by offering POS credit products, consumer loans, and split payment solutions to over 400 partner companies.
Your Role:
- We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to manage our core credit product.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- End-to-end management of the online lending product
- Optimization of key product metrics
- Managing unit economics (NCM, APR, cost of risk)
- Defining tasks for IT, backlog management (Jira)
- Collaboration with Risk, Finance, and Operations
- Data analysis and decision-making using SQL / BI
Our expectations:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner in fintech (lending, BNPL, MFO)
- Understanding of the online lending process: scoring, anti-fraud, disbursement, and repayment
- Hands-on experience with FlexFin / FIDO (preferred) or similar LMS / accounting systems
- Proficient SQL (able to perform independent analysis)
- Understanding of unit economics for credit products
- Experience with payment systems (cards, wallets, PSPs)
- Experience in setting tasks for development teams (Jira, Confluence)
- Higher education
