Senior Product Manager / Car Loans
ABOUT THE ROLE
TBC Uzbekistan is developing its secured lending segment, and one of the key products in this segment is Car Loan.
This is a high-impact role: you will develop a strategically important credit product, shape the customer experience, product logic, economics, roadmap, and directly influence the growth of business metrics.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to take charge of the Car Loan development: from identifying opportunities and researching customer needs to launching improvements, scaling the product, and growing key metrics.
This position is suitable for a strong product leader who can combine customer value, business goals, analytics, technology, and risk requirements into an effective digital product.
What you will be doing:
- Build the best car loan product in Uzbekistan — for retail customers and dealer partners
- Be responsible for results: product metrics across all domains (conversion to origination, approval rate, take rate, time to cash, etc.) and P&L
- Launch the product from scratch and scale it across Uzbekistan within 6 months
Who we are looking for:
- Experience launching digital fintech products under tight deadlines — from idea to a working product (0 → 1)
- A portfolio of actually launched products: results matter, not just participation
- Experience in lending — a big plus
- Strong analytical skills: understand metrics, P&L, and unit economics, not just read dashboards
- Ability to work fast without losing quality — hyper-compressed deadlines are the norm for you, not a source of stress
