Senior Product Manager (Daily Banking)
Our current challenge is to create the most advanced digital bank in Uzbekistan. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (Daily Banking).
Responsibilities:
- Forming the product strategy and roadmap for the daily banking direction (debit cards, current accounts, everyday payments)
- Managing the full product lifecycle: from research and hypothesis formulation (BRD/PRD) to launch, analytics, and post-release iterations
- Assigning tasks to analysts and developers, participating in grooming, backlog prioritization
- Setting up and monitoring product metrics (funnel conversion, retention, ARPU, cross-sell %, MAU, Sticky, etc.), conducting A/B tests
Requirements:
- Product Manager/Senior PM experience of 3–5 years, with at least 1–2 years in banking or fintech
- Proven experience in launching daily banking products: debit cards, current accounts, payments
- Strong command of product analytics (Amplitude, PowerBI), understanding of unit economics and key banking metrics
- Experience with A/B testing and hypothesis-driven methodology
