Middle Product Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager for the B2B direction at TBC Nasiya, who will be responsible for developing merchant operations processes: onboarding, automation, operational processes, and merchant portal development.

The role involves close collaboration with merchant acquisition and development teams and aims to improve partner experience and scale B2B operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the product roadmap and backlog for the B2B direction
• Developing and improving the merchant onboarding process
• Developing and improving the functionality of the merchant portal
• Implementing automation and optimizing operational processes
• Collaborating with business teams and development teams
• Formulating product requirements and prioritizing tasks
• Participating in improving the efficiency of B2B processes and scaling operations

Candidate Profile:

• 2–4 years of experience as a Product Manager
• Experience in B2B products, process, or automation projects will be an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data
• Experience interacting with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Experience preparing product requirements (PRD, user stories, etc.)
• Fluent in Russian and Uzbek, English will be an advantage
