We are looking for a Product Manager (Middle) at Pareto Lab

Pareto Lab is a product bureau that helps the largest fintech companies launch new products, test hypotheses, and enter new markets.

We don't create presentations for the sake of presentations. We conduct research, launch MVPs, test hypotheses, and bring products to initial results.

We are currently looking for a strong Product Manager to work on projects in Uzbekistan, primarily in the office.

What you will be doing

🔍 Discovery • Conduct CustDev and in-depth interviews • Identify real user pain points • Formulate JTBD and product hypotheses • Analyze competitors and best global practices • Identify new growth opportunities

🚀 Delivery • Formulate MVP and product requirements • Work with designers and developers • Prioritize backlog • Launch new products and features • Be responsible for launch results

📈 Growth • Work with product metrics • Identify growth points for activation, retention, and monetization • Launch experiments and analyze results • Make data-driven decisions

🤖 AI Direction • Identify AI opportunities within the product • Test new AI tools • Participate in the launch of AI-first products • Use modern tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, etc.)

What projects might be involved

• AI Assistant • User Loyalty and Retention • Referral Mechanics • Home Page Personalization • New Payment and Transfer Scenarios • Split Bill • Wishlist • Financial Assistants • Launching new markets (e.g., Tajikistan) • Discovery of new product directions

What is important

✔️ 2–5 years of Product Manager experience ✔️ Experience launching digital products or major features ✔️ Ability to work with analytics and metrics ✔️ Understanding of the full product cycle: Discovery → MVP → Growth ✔️ Independence and ability to drive tasks forward without constant supervision

Will be a plus ➕ Fintech ➕ Growth / Retention ➕ CustDev ➕ SQL ➕ AI Tools ➕ Experience launching an MVP from scratch
