A major fintech company in Uzbekistan is expanding its team and looking for a Lead PM to develop card product lines (premium, currency, child cards).
Responsibilities: ▪️ Create products from scratch and improve key metrics (conversions, retention, ARPU). ▪️ Build and test hypotheses, work with unit economics (CAC/LTV). ▪️ Collaborate with design, development, and analytics teams (discovery → delivery).
Requirements: 🔹 3-5 years of experience in fintech/banking or related digital products. 🔹 Proficient in working with data, A/B tests, and funnels. 🔹 Understanding of business models, P&L, and UX.
