TBC Uzbekistan is developing its collateralized lending business — credit products where client obligations are secured by collateral or other forms of security.
To scale this business line, we need a robust internal platform that helps our business, risk, operations, and product teams efficiently manage processes related to collateral for credit products.
We are looking for a Middle Product Manager for the Collateral Management Platform team.
This role is suitable for a specialist interested in developing internal platform services, working at the intersection of business and development, improving processes, increasing service reliability, and helping teams launch credit products faster and more effectively.
What you will be doing:
- Developing and improving internal platform services
- Gathering and prioritizing tasks for development teams
- Analyzing metrics and improving service reliability
- Participating in the formation of the product roadmap and delivery process
- Aligning the interests of development and business teams
Who we are looking for:
- 1–3 years of experience in product management
- Basic understanding of back-end systems and service architecture
- Ability to work with analytics and product metrics
- Experience in task prioritization and delivery management
- Strong communication skills and systemic thinking
