STRONG Team is a product, design, and engineering partner working with banks, fintechs, and digital product companies across the UK, Central Asia, and the UAE.

About the product

A new SME digital banking product in Dubai covering onboarding, accounts, payments, cards, lending, and operational banking flows.

You’ll join a cross-functional product squad working closely with engineering, design, research, and analytics.

This role is for someone early in their product career who wants real exposure to complex product environments and hands-on product work.

You’ll contribute across the full product lifecycle — discovery, delivery, analytics, and iteration — while working closely with experienced product leaders and senior cross-functional teams.

What we expect

• 1–3 years of experience in product management, analytics, business analysis, consulting, engineering, or adjacent product roles
• Strong communication and structured thinking
• Ability to break down complex problems clearly
• Comfort working with both qualitative and quantitative data
• Ownership mindset and strong execution
• Curiosity and willingness to learn fast
• Experience working cross-functionally
• Fluent English
• Dubai-based or open to relocation
• Exposure to fintech, banking, B2B SaaS, or transactional products is a plus.
• Arabic language skills are also a plus.
