Head of Product (FinTech / MENA Hub)
OSON MENA Regional Hub is expanding and is looking for an ambitious and experienced Head of Product to lead the development and growth of its product portfolio across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, develop, and present the Product Vision and Product Strategy to key stakeholders.
- Build, prioritize, and manage the Product Roadmap.
- Conduct Customer Discovery, in-depth customer interviews, and qualitative research to identify customer needs and growth opportunities.
- Design and optimize Customer Journey Maps (CJMs) to deliver seamless and intuitive user experiences.
- Write clear product requirements (PRDs, user stories) and effectively manage the Product Backlog.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to successfully launch new products and features.
- Monitor and analyze key product KPIs, using data to drive product decisions.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.
Requirements
- 4–5+ years of experience as a Head of Product or Lead Product Manager in FinTech, Neobanking, Digital Wallets, or a related industry.
- Proven track record of launching fintech products from MVP to market or successfully scaling products into new regions.
- Strong knowledge of payment systems, card processing, KYC/AML compliance, and cross-border payments.
- Excellent expertise in Product Analytics, Customer Development (CustDev), and Customer Journey Mapping (CJM).
- Fluent English with the ability to work effectively in an international business environment.
