A new SME and business banking product in Dubai. Multiple core areas — onboarding, accounts, payments, business banking, operational platforms — each with real complexity and real customer impact.

Why this role is interesting

This is the seat for a PM who wants to own an area, not assist on one. You'll set the strategy, ship the product, and own the metrics for a core piece of the business. Direct partnership with C-level on bets, with a triad on execution. We move on hypotheses and outcomes, not feature lists.

What we expect

6+ years PM at a fintech, bank, or product-led company.

Strong product thinking — frame as hypotheses, prioritize on impact.

Metrics-driven — you ship to move the number.

Cross-functional leader — earn trust with engineers and design, not only executives.

Comfort with regulated, complex environments and high-ambiguity problems.

Based in Dubai or relocation-ready for on-site work.
