Head of Product (FinTech / MENA Hub)

Due to the active scaling of our regional division OSON MENA Regional Hub, we are looking for an ambitious and experienced Head of Product to lead the development of the product line in the international market.

📌 Key Responsibilities: • Product Vision and Strategy: Formulating and defending the Product Vision and Product Strategy to stakeholders. • Roadmap Management: Developing, prioritizing, and controlling the execution of the Product Roadmap. • Market and Customer Research: Conducting Customer Discovery, in-depth interviews, and qualitative research to identify growth opportunities. • User Experience Design: Developing user journeys (Customer Journey Map) and creating an intuitive, seamless UX. • Backlog Management: Writing clear product requirements (PRD, user stories) and effectively managing the Product Backlog. • Launch and Releases: Coordinating development processes and successfully bringing new product features to market. • Product Analytics: Monitoring and analyzing key product metrics (KPIs), making data-driven decisions. • Cross-functional Interaction: Synchronizing the work of development (Tech), marketing (Marketing), operations (Operations) departments, and the product block.

🎯 What we expect from the candidate: • 4–5 years of experience as Head of Product / Lead Product Manager in FinTech, Neobanking, or Digital Wallets. • Successful case of launching fintech products from scratch (from MVP) or experience scaling to new regions. • Deep understanding of the specifics of payment systems, card processing, KYC/AML procedures, and cross-border transfers. • Excellent skills in product analytics, CJM, and Customer Development. • Fluent English (Fluent English for working in an international hub).
