Head of Product (MENA Division)

International fintech holding OSON is actively expanding its presence in the Middle East. We are looking for a strong Head of Product for our key division — OSON MENA Division (Dubai).

You will be responsible for launching and scaling ambitious international holding products (Oson Neo, OsonX) from scratch, building fintech infrastructure in the MENA market, and leading the product strategy from MVP to global release.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and develop the product strategy and roadmap for Oson Neo, OsonX, and international payment products.
• Prioritize product initiatives based on business goals, user value, and available resources.
• Transform business tasks into specific product solutions and measurable metrics.
• Lead the launch of Oson Neo, including the implementation of IBAN, Visa Issuing, and AED Wallet (Phase 1 Retail).
• Design the customer journey, including onboarding and KYC processes, considering regulatory requirements.
• Plan and develop the next stages of the product: Retail → Corporate → integration with OsonX.
• Coordinate work with development teams, Compliance, and other internal departments.
• Interact with external partners, including banks, BaaS providers, and payment systems.
• Define key product metrics (activation, conversion, retention, transactional activity) and make data-driven decisions.
• Analyze user behavior and develop the product post-launch.

🎯 We are looking for:

• Over 7 years of experience in Product Management, including significant experience in fintech, payment services, or digital banking.
• Practical experience in launching a financial product from scratch.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and experience working with compliance and licensing restrictions.
• Experience with payment infrastructure: IBAN, Card Issuing, BaaS, KYC processes.
• Experience working at the intersection of business, development, and compliance.
• Fluent English; knowledge of Russian is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate or work in Dubai.

⚠️ Advantageous:

• Experience launching a digital bank, EMI, or payment product from scratch.
• Experience working in a regulated environment (DFSA, FCA, ADGM, MAS).
• Understanding of crypto products.
• Experience in the MENA/GCC market.
