Head of Product / Product Lead (Payments)

We are developing an international payment platform that integrates a payment gateway, instant Open Banking, card acquiring, and alternative payment methods. Our product allows merchants worldwide to connect via our own API and integrations with leading payment platforms, including PayAdmit, Vertex, Finteqhub, and Asquad.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement the product strategy for the payment platform • Manage the full product lifecycle: from market research and idea generation to launch and scaling. • Develop the Payment Gateway, Open Banking, card processing, and API product areas. • Define and prioritize the roadmap based on data, customer feedback, and business goals. • Collaborate with development, business, sales, account management, operations, and integration teams. • Identify new product opportunities, markets, and use cases. • Formulate requirements, user stories, and oversee implementation quality. • Analyze product metrics, conversion rates, feature usage, and financial performance. • Participate in the development of the partner ecosystem (PSPs, banks, Open Banking, APMs, acquirers). • Enhance customer experience and optimize payment processes.

What we expect

• 4-5+ years of experience in Product Management. • Mandatory experience in FinTech / Payments. • Experience in developing payment products: Payment Gateway, PSP, Acquiring, Open Banking, Wallets, APM (as an advantage). • Understanding of the payment transaction lifecycle and customer scenarios. • Understanding of API integrations and the technical architecture of modern fintech products. • English language proficiency sufficient for working with international partners.

Will be an advantage

• Experience with international payments and High-Risk industries. • Experience launching new payment methods or entering new markets. • Understanding of PCI DSS, KYC/KYB, AML, PSD2/Open Banking requirements. • Experience working with international PSPs and acquirers.
