Head of Product / Product Lead (Payments) Sola

Work format: Full-time, remote Salary: 3500 – 5000€

We are developing an international payment platform that combines a Payment Gateway, instant Open Banking, card acquiring, and alternative payment methods. Our product allows merchants worldwide to connect through our own API and integrations with leading payment platforms.

What we expect from you: – Product Management experience of 4–5 years – Mandatory experience in Payment Gateway, PSP, Acquiring, Open Banking, Wallets, APM – Understanding of the payment transaction lifecycle – Experience with APIs and understanding of the technical architecture of modern fintech products – English language proficiency for communication with international partners

Desirable: – Experience with international payments and High-Risk industries – Experience launching new payment methods or entering new markets – Understanding of PCI DSS, KYC/KYB, AML, PSD2/Open Banking – Experience interacting with international PSPs, banks, and acquirers

What you will be doing: – Formulating and developing the product strategy for the payment platform – Managing the full product lifecycle: from market research to scaling – Developing Payment Gateway, Open Banking, card processing, and API product areas – Formulating and prioritizing the roadmap – Collaborating with development, business, sales, accounting, operations, and integration teams – Identifying new product opportunities and development directions – Formulating requirements and user stories, controlling implementation quality – Analyzing product metrics and product effectiveness – Developing the partner ecosystem (PSPs, banks, Open Banking, APMs, acquirers) – Improving customer experience and optimizing payment processes
