Vacancy: Head of Product / Product Lead (Payments) Company: Sola Work format: Full-time, remote Salary: 3500 – 5000€

We are looking for a strong Product Leader in international FinTech. We are developing payment infrastructure for businesses: Payment Gateway, Open Banking, and card processing. We are seeking someone who will influence not only the roadmap but also what the product should be in relation to the market and competitors.

What you will be doing • Formulating the product strategy and roadmap for the payment product • Developing Card Payments, Open Banking, and other payment methods • Identifying growth opportunities in conversion, approval rate, TPV, and economics • Analyzing payment flows and identifying friction points • Researching the market and comparing the product with key competitors • Studying solutions from PSP, Payment Gateway, and Open Banking providers • Identifying market gaps and turning them into product hypotheses • Collaborating with Engineering on the implementation of solutions • Being responsible for the results of initiatives — from discovery to production

What is important — 5+ years in Product Management / Product Leadership — Strong experience specifically in Payments / FinTech — Payment Gateway / PSP / Acquiring / Payment Processing — Good understanding of Card Payments and/or Open Banking — Experience with international B2B / B2B2C payment products — Product & market research, competitor analysis — Understanding of product metrics and unit economics — Experience working with Engineering — Strong analytical and systemic thinking — Ability to independently understand a problem and formulate a solution without a detailed ToR

Will be a big plus Payment orchestration • Smart Routing / Cascading • APM • Acquiring • Apple Pay / Google Pay • Fraud / Risk • KYC/KYB/AML • Reconciliation • Ledger • API-as-a-Product • P&L
