Alfa-Bank is looking for a product manager to develop the AI-Invest project within the brokerage services directorate. This is an interdisciplinary role at the intersection of fintech, artificial intelligence, and product management.
Responsibilities
- Managing AI projects from concept to launch and scaling.
- Overseeing budget, deadlines, risks, and the cross-functional team (developers, data scientists, analysts, UX designers).
- Controlling product delivery quality.
- Gathering and formalizing requirements through interviews, UX research, and feedback analysis.
- Translating business needs into technical specifications for developers.
- Setting up integrations with CRM, knowledge bases, chat platforms, and call centers for automatic insight collection.
- Conducting weekly data reviews, forming hypotheses, and planning A/B experiments.
Candidate Requirements
A set of competencies in three areas is necessary for successful project work:
1. Management Experience (5+ years):
- Launching IT/AI products from scratch.
- Ability to control project budgets, deadlines, and risks.
2. Brokerage and Fintech Background:
- Understanding of investor customer journeys, brokerage, and banking processes.
- Skills in analyzing competitor solutions and market trends.
3. Technologies and Analytics (AI Stack):
- Knowledge of ML, NLP, LLM, RAG, recommendation systems, and multi-agent architecture.
- Understanding of AI agent architecture (Function Calling, communication protocols, orchestration).
- Experience in building MLOps and setting up CI/CD pipelines for models.
- Evaluating quality metrics (precision/recall, F-score) and identifying logical model errors.
- Business Analysis and UX: conducting research, prototyping in Figma, working with CR, CTR, NPS metrics.
Key Skill — Communication: the ability to build dialogue between technical specialists and non-technical stakeholders (regular demos, reports, workshops).
