We are looking for a Product Stream Lead (Mortgages) at Alfa-Bank.
What you will be doing:
- Developing the mortgage product and customer journey: identifying growth opportunities and forming the target CJM;
- Forming and implementing the mortgage development roadmap, managing priorities and backlog;
- Launching product and process changes from idea to implementation and results evaluation;
- Developing sales channels: partner, internal, and digital;
- Leading a cross-functional team: synchronizing IT, risk, sales, and other participants;
- Developing the product team: setting goals and KPIs, developing people and necessary competencies.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Work experience in the banking sector (mortgage business);
- Experience in managing a development team.
