Motorica, a developer of robotic prostheses, is looking for a Product Manager who is ready to take full responsibility: search for growth opportunities, launch new features, solve problems with the team "on-site" — and see real, tangible results in metrics.
Motorica creates high-tech products in the MedTech and assistive technology fields, covering the full cycle: from scientific development to a ready-made solution in the user's hands. The vacancy involves working within the corporate center. The corporate center is like a mission control center. It's a strategic and expert platform where we set standards and unite the efforts of all business units.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing product strategy and product development.
- Conducting research, analyzing data, testing hypotheses, managing development priorities.
- Interacting with engineers, production, sales, marketing, and medical experts.
- Ensuring business metrics.
What's important:
- At least 3 years of experience as a product manager.
- Knowledge of the full product cycle: from research and development to market launch.
- Skill in working with cross-functional teams and balancing technical, user, and business requirements.
- Analytical approach to hypothesis testing.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in MedTech with engineering products, financial modeling skills.
- Understanding of the specifics and experience with different sales channels B2B, B2C, B2G.
- English language proficiency sufficient for work.
