Product Manager, Therapist Development Stream
We are looking for a strong Product Manager to take charge of the therapist stream development — a direction that directly impacts product quality, economics, and business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop the therapist stream: form strategy, build systematic work
- Build a system of metrics and manage key performance indicators of the stream
- Develop a therapist evaluation and quality system: analyze results, identify growth areas, and scale successful practices
- Work with the direction's economics: manage average check, test pricing hypotheses, develop therapist segmentation
- Develop and improve therapist engagement and retention mechanics
- Work with the product team: formulate tasks, prioritize the backlog, and accompany the development and launch of solutions
- Interact with internal company stakeholders (Community, Support, Legal, Finance, Tech)
- Analyze the market, therapist behavior, and industry trends, identify new growth opportunities
We'll work great together if you:
- Have 6+ years of experience in product or direction development
- Are interested in mental health or have worked with products in the Mental Health space
- Are strong in stakeholder management: can negotiate, document agreements, and bring them to fruition
- Can calmly and systematically work with uncertainty and diverse expectations
- Can maintain focus on the quality of results
- Understand business goals and can translate them into product tasks
