Middle Product Manager T-Mobile

We at T-Mobile (ex Tinkoff Mobile) are looking for a strong Middle Product Manager for the VAS services department — these are products and services that enrich the subscriber's experience and bring additional value beyond basic communication. It has everything you need for real product work: freedom in hypotheses, short cycles, and real impact on the product.

What you will do ● Build a hypothesis factory. Launch continuous product discovery: generate ideas, prioritize, test, and scale what works. ● Manage the product from idea to release. Be responsible for the full cycle: from hypothesis testing and prototyping to development, launch, and iterations based on data. ● Be responsible for the customer experience. Monitor product quality and UX, be the voice of the user within the team, and make product decisions based on user insights. ● Work with analytics. Formulate metrics, analyze data, conduct A/B tests, and make decisions based on numbers, not feelings.

What we expect ✓ At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager in digital products ✓ Strong analytical foundation: ability to work with metrics, data, and test hypotheses through experiments ✓ Product discovery skills: customer development, in-depth interviews, usability tests ✓ Experience in building CJMs and understanding user scenarios ✓ Ability to communicate ideas and justify decisions in the language of business and data

Will be a plus ● Experience in telecom, fintech, or subscription services ● Experience using AI tools in product work
