Lemana Tech is looking for a Product Manager to develop strategically important products that provide pricing direction with up-to-date market price data for informed pricing policy formation.
What you will do:
- Preparation, defense, and update of the development strategy for Price Monitoring and Analysis products, including ML components;
- Discovery of CJM and EJM within your area of responsibility, filling the hypothesis portfolio, forecasting economic impact, prioritization, defense, and leading prestudy of approved initiatives;
- Control of Delivery quality, responsibility for achieving the financial results of initiatives;
- Regular interaction with operational business and product managers of the department, gathering and accounting for their requirements in the backlog;
- Identification and prioritization of RUN activities;
- Optimization and automation of processes for supporting Price Monitoring products, reduction of manual operations;
- Ensuring achievement of key product metrics;
- Control of uninterrupted daily product operation, prompt risk mitigation, conducting retrospectives, developing necessary product solutions based on incident outcomes;
- Working with external data providers: concept defense, formulating selection criteria, evaluating solution quality, integrating into the overall product functioning process;
- Support of contractual relationships with external service providers: interaction with procurement, legal, and accounting departments.
What we expect:
- 3–5 years of experience as a technically oriented product manager;
- Strong Discovery skills: formulating, evaluating, prioritizing, and testing hypotheses for internal and external product users, confident use of supporting frameworks;
- Experience in conducting prestudies, A/B tests, and phased result achievement;
- Ability to calculate product economics and product backlog, translate product metrics into business impact;
- Soft influence and coordination skills for a cross-functional team without direct subordination;
- Ability to build and automate processes around the uninterrupted daily operation of assigned products;
- Confident work with data and data quality metrics;
- Confident work with Power BI reports, ability to draw justified conclusions from data;
- Understanding of ML principles, setting tasks for their development;
- Experience working with internal customers at various levels (operational business, related products, top management), ability to build interaction processes and animate results for stakeholders;
- Confident understanding of UX principles, developed eye for CX: ability to assess the quality of product user experience and justify decisions for its improvement;
- Systematic thinking, ability to present material concisely and consistently;
- Experience in defending product solutions and business cases to top management / investment committee;
- Basic understanding of regulatory constraints when working with open data collection;
- English at B1 level or higher, attention to detail, responsibility.
