Food and baking products manufacturer Pudov is looking for a Head of Digital Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Development of a unified brand and product promotion strategy on the internet
- Analysis and optimization of all existing digital marketing channels, paid and free (SEO), monthly traffic growth + conversion to orders from each of the existing channels
- Brand analytics, sales, competitive analysis
- Integration of new online promotion channels, attracting new clients to the website, achieving conversion to orders
- Maintenance and development of the website and application from the perspective of digital marketing and usability, participation in their development (interaction with technical contractors, writing technical specifications)
- Implementation of a direct marketing platform
- Daily monitoring of indicators for each acquisition channel, analysis/calculation of indicators for timely strategy adjustments and inefficient budget spending
- Planning/approval/defense of the budget for acquisition and promotion channels
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as Head of Digital Marketing
- Experience in creating an in-house digital team (web analyst, SEO, SMM, etc.)
- Theoretical and practical knowledge in ad setup (fb, inst, Yandex.Direct, GA)
- Presence of real work case studies
- Love for numbers and analysis
- Advanced knowledge of Excel — VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables
- Ability to write high-quality technical specifications for contractors and development
- Higher education (marketing/technical)
