Tasks
- Managing a unified information field: digests, channels, content plan – everything that helps employees feel the pulse of the VK team
- Creating "seamless" communications: from announcing an important change to warmly congratulating colleagues
- You will be able to find a news hook where others see only routine
- Implementing changes: working with feedback (pulse surveys, eNPS) and other projects
- Developing corporate culture through special projects. Here you can offer your ideas and implement them
- Merch, traditions, and rituals – everything that constitutes the cultural code of our team
We expect
- Experience as a creator. You have already done this on a scale of several hundred people, ideally in IT or another dynamic environment
- Style and flair. Writing grammatically, easily, and persuasively comes naturally to you. You understand the difference in tones for strategic communication to a leader and an engaging post in a general chat. You are fluent in meme language
- Systemic creativity and project management. You see the big picture: why an event is needed, what cultural problem it solves, what metric measures success. You speak the language of numbers, budgets, and meet deadlines
- Proactivity. You don't wait to be asked. You propose ideas. You can organize a team brainstorm, collect and analyze information, conduct research, and prepare a calculated and detailed project plan
