The team of the "Lend and Save" unit of Sber is looking for a Head of Internal Communications.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing events to increase employee engagement: conducting town halls, quarterly tribe meetings, product and informal meetups, unit strategy sessions, regular and informal events at the block and tribe level
- Interacting with designers to create visual materials, communication support for the HR cycle and other changes in the unit, close work with the HR partner to form and develop the corporate environment
- Budget approval, procurement procedures, working with contractors for event management.
Requirements:
- Work experience: from 2 years in event organization and internal communications
- Ability to plan, coordinate, and conduct events of various formats and scales (from town halls to informal meetings)
- Experience in creating and distributing information materials, managing corporate mailings and chats, working with news hooks
- Ability to set tasks for designers, work with presentations and visual materials
- Understanding of HR cycles, participation in onboarding new employees, shaping the corporate environment
- Experience in budget approval, conducting procurement procedures, interacting with contractors
