Transport and logistics company FESCO is looking for a Head of Internal Communications.
Responsibilities:
- Development and administration of the corporate portal on the Bitrix platform (task assignment, backlog formation, interaction with IT and contractors, testing of improvements, user behavior analytics)
- Implementation of projects to increase employee engagement (surveys, analytics, initiative preparation and implementation support)
- Management of internal communication channels (portal, email newsletters, Telegram), channel effectiveness analysis, reporting
- Interaction with HR Business Partners and department heads on issues of communication support and increasing employee awareness
Requirements:
- Practical experience with Bitrix24/corporate portal on Bitrix (administration, configuration, development)
- Experience in managing digital projects from idea to implementation
- At least 2 years of experience in internal communications or HR communications
- Analytical skills, experience with engagement metrics, and presentation preparation for management
- Experience interacting with the IT department and external contractors
- Understanding of UX principles, digital communications, and user scenarios
