2GIS is looking for a Head of Corporate Communications.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a corporate communications strategy.
- Implement metrics and generate regular reports on communication effectiveness.
- Conduct research and surveys, gather and analyze employee feedback.
- Formulate an annual activity plan in line with company goals and performance indicators.
- Develop and manage communication channels: corporate portal and intranet, newsletters, corporate media, messengers, offline formats.
- Organize content production: news, articles, longreads, interviews, videos, podcasts, monthly and quarterly digests, communications across the entire EJM.
- Organize and conduct quarterly town halls with top management.
- Implement communication projects, support HR initiatives, inform about benefits and changes.
- Prepare key messages, speeches, letters, and presentations for the CEO and top team.
- Develop and implement communication plans during reorganizations and process changes, work with complex feedback.
- Manage a team: editors, content manager, internal communications specialists, SMM, designers.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in corporate or internal communications, with 2-3 years in a leadership or lead role.
- Ability to build communications as a system: strategy — channels — content — processes — metrics.
- Strong editing and text creation skills: structuring, clarity of meaning, tone of voice, audience adaptation.
- Experience working with top executives: preparing messages, presentations, speeches, and regular communication formats.
- Experience with change communications and working in conditions of uncertainty.
- Project management skills: task setting, deadline control, cross-functional interaction with HR, PR, IT, and top management.
- Use metrics to evaluate communication effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Developed communication skills and ability to build partner relationships with department heads.
