The group of Russian technology companies YADRO is looking for a Head of Internal Communications.
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of an internal communications strategy focused on strengthening corporate culture and informing employees
- Creation and adaptation of content for various internal communication channels: newsletters, corporate portals, messengers
- Management and development of existing communication channels, ensuring a constant flow of information within the company
- Preparation, editing, and approval of texts, adaptation of content for the target audience
- Support for corporate values and the company's mission in communication materials
- Organization and coordination of the internal information space, collection and initiation of information occasions
- Implementation of new formats and communication channels, maintaining the relevance and effectiveness of communication strategies
- Management and organization of special internal communication projects, control of execution
- Analysis of the effectiveness of communication channels
Expectations for the future team member:
- At least 5 years of experience in internal communications or corporate communications
- Experience working with IT/engineering teams
- Team leadership experience, experience with employee motivation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, copywriting and editing skills
- Ability to quickly and efficiently adapt texts for different audiences
