Head of Internal Communications at Sber

Sber is looking for a Head of Internal Communications.

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of an internal communications strategy
• Analysis of employee needs and formation of a communications plan
• Creation and implementation of tools for effective staff information (mailings, chats, etc.)
• Organization and execution of internal events
• Planning of corporate events (conferences, training sessions, meetups, etc.)
• Preparation of scripts, coordination of work with contractors and internal departments
• Analysis of event results and implementation of improvements
• Preparation and distribution of internal content
• Creation of informational materials, news, and reports for employees
• Management of internal communication channels
• Updating and development of the internal corporate portal
• Regular updating of content, structure, and functionality of the portal
• Implementation of new sections and services for employee convenience
• Interaction with company departments
• Coordination with HR, Marketing, and other departments to align communication initiatives
• Collection and analysis of employee feedback on internal communications and events

Requirements:

• Higher education
• At least 5 years of experience in internal communications and event management
• Skills in working with internal media and communication platforms
• Ability to build effective internal company communications
• Experience in organizing events of various scales (from local meetings to large corporate events)
