Sber is looking for a Communications Group Lead (Wealth Management Unit).
The B2C Communications Center team is responsible for developing corporate culture, managing internal communications, and supporting HR processes.
They are seeking a Communications Group Lead for Sber's Wealth Management unit, who will manage a small team. The role involves tasks related to developing horizontal connections and improving cross-team interaction within the unit, developing corporate culture and internal communications, including translating the goals and meanings of the Strategy, as well as authorizing employee results. This position works in tandem with HR and business leaders of the unit. The vacancy is within the structure of Sber's B2C Ecosystem Communications Center (cross-functional goals, unified Strategy, and common approaches to problem-solving).
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a set of communications and events aimed at achieving the goals of the internal communications strategy of the Sber B2C ecosystem, the HR strategy, and business priorities
- Contribute to the growth of employee ambassadors for investment and insurance products, as well as to the improvement of employee financial literacy
- Inform unit employees about key events in the life of the bank and the unit
- Develop communication and event formats to enhance cross-team interaction
- Integrate subsidiary companies and teams in the regions into the unit's communications and events, manage the process, and synchronize participants and organizers
- Work with the cultural code in collaboration with the leadership team and HR, and develop the unit's internal corporate culture
- Monitor the quality and effectiveness of communications and events: analyze effectiveness based on market benchmarks, ensure compliance with standards, communication policy, and brand book
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Head of Communications, Brand, and Corporate Culture
- Experience organizing events for diverse target audiences
- Experience in translating and developing corporate culture and HR branding
- Experience in developing professional communities and building horizontal connections, gamification
- Skills in storytelling, copywriting, and applying AI in communications and events
- Skills in applying AI in professional activities (e.g., GigaChat, Kandinsky)
- A database of speakers on scientific, technical, and cultural topics, a database of business session moderators, and a wide list of agency contacts will be an advantage
