We are looking for a PR Director at Upravlyayushchaya kompaniya Pervaya (First Management Company) to take charge of our communication strategy and become the face of our company in the market. Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of PR strategy and communication plans;
- Monitoring and managing information in media and social networks, organizing activities to improve the information environment;
- Interaction with media: building a pool of journalists, handling editorial requests, publishing materials about the management company;
- Identifying reputable experts among company employees and assisting them in strengthening their reputation through publications and media appearances;
- Writing press releases, articles, comments, presentations, and social media content, and editing these materials;
- Organizing video shoots and events to inform the audience;
- Maintaining up-to-date information on the company website and participating in its development;
- Managing the company's official social media pages and developing its online presence;
- Organizing internal and external company events, such as conferences, forums, round tables, and press conferences;
- Coordinating interaction with external PR and advertising agencies, and monitoring task completion;
- Collaborating with the press services of Sberbank Group companies to coordinate the overall information strategy;
- Launching specialized information projects in mass media and online resources, including corporate social responsibility projects;
- Researching new tools and methods for audience communication and practically implementing promising approaches.
Requirements:
- At least three years of experience in the stock or financial market in similar positions;
- Higher education in humanities (preferably journalism, public relations, marketing);
- Deep understanding of the specifics of PR activities in the financial industry, awareness of the media landscape and key players in this sector;
- Successful track record of creating and implementing effective PR campaigns and communication programs;
- Developed public speaking skills, confident negotiation and interpersonal communication skills;
- Ability to effectively multitask, take initiative, and be accountable for decisions made;
- Excellent writing skills for high-level texts: press releases, articles, comments, speeches, and social media posts;
- Successful experience in organizing major press events, conferences, forums, round tables, and other industry-specific events;
- Competence in working with external contractors, assigning tasks, and monitoring their performance;
- Confident use of modern services for media mention analysis and social media monitoring;
- Familiarity with the use of artificial intelligence in professional activities.
