PR Manager for the «People and Culture» Block
The Sber Corporate Communications team is looking for a PR Manager for a division that encompasses all human-centric themes of the bank: the «People and Culture» block (HR), good deeds, sustainable development, and special projects.
You will be part of a team working on a wide range of communication tasks: initiating publications and special projects in leading business and industry media, developing expert positioning for key Sber speakers, implementing PR activities, promoting priority themes and projects in the media space, preparing comments and talking points for the media, developing relationships with journalists, and participating in shaping the media agenda.
Responsibilities
- Processing incoming requests from the media: gathering information, clarifying details, assisting in preparing comments and approving responses
- Preparing PR materials: news items, introductions, quotes, press releases
- Reactive communication support: prompt handling of requests and news triggers, participation in preparing the bank's position and crisis communications
- Participation in forming and maintaining the media plan: monitoring news triggers, suggesting formats, selecting platforms
- Gathering information and talking points upon request: figures, formulations, speaker biographies, project summaries
- PR support for events: preparing announcements, organizing media accreditation.
Requirements
- Higher education (Journalism, PR, Marketing)
- At least 5 years of experience in PR or journalism
- Experience working with the media market, contacts with journalists and opinion leaders on social issues
- Proactivity, ability to argue and defend one's position, systemic thinking
- Experience using AI tools.
