Project Manager (IT / Digital Products)
Company: Nova Orbit — a product IT team that creates digital solutions for startups and growing businesses.
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Project Manager who will lead digital products from idea to release — in a dynamic team with a direct impact on results.
Work format: remote (with the possibility of occasional meetings at the office for those in Moscow)
Your tasks:
- Project plan management (deadlines, budget, scope);
- Preparation of technical specifications and project descriptions;
- Project timeline formation and tracking its execution;
- Assigning tasks to development teams, controlling and monitoring task completion;
- Project resource management — both internal and external (partners, outsourcing, contractors);
- Cost estimation and project document management;
- Project documentation creation and management;
- Maintaining client satisfaction;
- Project communication management;
- Conducting Scrum rituals (planning, sprint review, retrospective, daily);
- Client onboarding and support, conducting presentations on products and projects, participating in pre-sales as a consultant;
- Project risk analysis and development of mitigation plans;
- Implementation and optimization of project management processes within the team.
We'll be a good fit if:
- You have at least 6 months of experience as a project manager;
- You have higher education or additional education in project management (e.g., Yandex.Praktikum);
- You have worked with IT projects or have an IT education;
- You have an understanding of the specifics of working with startup companies;
- You are confident in using Jira/Trello/Notion and understand Agile/Scrum not just in theory;
- You are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, working remotely and organizing your time independently.
