IT Project Manager

What you will do:
- Plan and manage IT projects: define goals, deadlines, resources, and implementation stages.
- Coordinate the work of cross-functional teams (developers, analysts, QA, DevOps).
- Form and prioritize the backlog together with business stakeholders.
- Monitor task completion deadlines and project result achievement.
- Manage project risks and control the quality of implemented solutions.
- Interact with stakeholders and prepare project status reports.
- Coordinate the work of multiple teams and manage dependencies between tasks.
- Participate in the development of development and project management processes.
What is important to us:
- At least 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
- Experience in managing information system development projects.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Practical experience with Agile / Scrum / Kanban.
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Skills in planning deadlines, resources, and risk management.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of web system architecture.
- Understanding of system integration principles and API operation.
- Strong communication skills and systemic thinking.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in banking or fintech.
- Understanding of banking processes and digital products.
- Experience with BPM systems (e.g., ELMA365).
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, ICAgile certifications.
