Manage projects for automation and optimization of collection processes (auto-dialer, route map for field employees, integrations with government services).
Formalize requirements and assign tasks to the tech team, monitor deadlines and compliance with PRD.
Control compliance of technical processes with regulator requirements and internal regulations.
Requirements:
Experience in assigning tasks to development: writing technical specifications/requirements, working in Jira/analogue, understanding API integrations (dialers, CATM, databases) at the client level.
Understanding of the debt collection market specifics, as well as understanding the main mechanics of judicial/enforcement proceedings.
Experience as a Project Manager (real experience in the overdue and collection area will be an advantage).
