We seek a highly skilled and experienced Mid Project Manager to join our dynamic team, contributing to the successful delivery of our managed services projects. Our customers are NYSE, Credit Suisse, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, the European Central Bank, Bloomberg, Itiviti, Optiver, Instinet, Tudor Funds, Vanguard, and Viking.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Communicating and acting as a liaison between the project tech team and stakeholders
- Lead project planning, scheduling, execution efforts, budget, etc. if specified
- Foster collaborative relationships between senior management, sales & other related departments
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation (meeting notes, customer profiles, charters, etc.)
- Monitor project progress, proactively manage changes and resolve impediments as they arise to ensure project success
- Align project execution with mission, culture and strategy of the organization
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Demonstrated 3+ of experience as an IT Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering software development projects on time and within budget
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously due to strong organizational and time-management skills
- Understanding of SDLC (high level is a plus)
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile frameworks
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
- Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
- Advanced knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Active listener abundant with negotiation skills
- Team player who is also highly motivated to learn new things
- FinTech background will be a plus.
OUR PROJECTS TYPE:
- Customer profile: Hosted or Dedicated and Shared
- Cloud products: Data extraction, PIT TCA API, Data archives, Advanced Analytics, OTC data subscription (per Customer’s need and requirements)
- Duration: Timelines may differ project to project, the majority of which are of annual contracts
- Main challenge: Familiarity with project scope after POC stage (customer profile, data access, queries set up, cloud data extraction delivery options, etc.), project initiation, implementation, monitoring and control.
