We seek a highly skilled and experienced Mid Project Manager to join our dynamic team, contributing to the successful delivery of our managed services projects. Our customers are NYSE, Credit Suisse, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, the European Central Bank, Bloomberg, Itiviti, Optiver, Instinet, Tudor Funds, Vanguard, and Viking.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Communicating and acting as a liaison between the project tech team and stakeholders
• Lead project planning, scheduling, execution efforts, budget, etc. if specified
• Foster collaborative relationships between senior management, sales & other related departments
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation (meeting notes, customer profiles, charters, etc.)
• Monitor project progress, proactively manage changes and resolve impediments as they arise to ensure project success
• Align project execution with mission, culture and strategy of the organization

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Demonstrated 3+ of experience as an IT Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering software development projects on time and within budget
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously due to strong organizational and time-management skills
• Understanding of SDLC (high level is a plus)
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile frameworks
